About Tamara Choynowski's Studio Garuda

  • We provide Garuda, Pilates, Barre, private coaching, group classes, and rehabilitation-focused sessions. Our programs cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced movers.

  • Buy a plan online and then schedule your sessions directly in the studio's agenda. Choose from private, duet, or group sessions for Garuda, Pilates, or Barre and use your active plan to pay for them when you checkout.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Gripper socks are required for safety and can be purchased at the studio. Please remove outdoor shoes upon entry.

  • All sessions last 55 minutes.

  • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged at full price.

About Garuda

  • Garuda is a movement method combining elements of Pilates, yoga, dance, and physiotherapy. It integrates flowing, three-dimensional movement with breath control, focusing on strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular reeducation.
